Our journey into serenity. Postures are held for long stretches of time to go deep into connective tissue, creating space in and around the joints. Create a space to practice where you can close your eyes and be taken deeply inward. We will use blankets and pillows to support the body into comfort, spaciousness, and peace. While the practice itself is simply, diving inward is often an advanced mission. This practice is perfect for those who are beginners, working with injuries, and those who are experiencing high levels of stress.

Gold Flow

(previously yinyasa) No purple ball? No Problem! I’ll lead you through our famous ab exercise using a rolled up yoga mat or a blanket. Gold flow is the ultimate invitation to be in your body, strengthen, soften, and flow. Tailored to all levels of movers, with plenty of modifications for you to up-level or work with existing injuries. Gold Flow is a mindful vinyasa class, with longer held active postures to find balance, power, and inner ease.
